Teddy Bear Junction is a loving, enjoyable school for teachers and children alike. Our teachers work very hard to help children and their parents understand how each child is truly unique and cherished. We are grateful for the trust you place in us by allowing us to work and play with them.

Generally:
- We incorporate developmentally appropriate activities according to guidelines of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)
- Curriculum is divided into units of study lasting one to two weeks
- Learning centers are designed to build a specific developmental skill
- Circle time is incorporated to focus on group activities and skills
- Teachers must complete a minimum of 15 hours of professional training each year
